Proven senior-level experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation.
Strong experience with data modeling and data warehouse design.
Hands-on experience with BigQuery or another cloud-based data warehouse platform.
Ability to understand complex business logic and validate data from both technical and business perspectives.
Strong ownership and proactive mindset with the ability to act independently.
Experience specifying and preparing data requirements for AI or machine learning applications.
Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken.
Proven ability to deliver high-impact projects quickly while maintaining quality.
Experience with dbt for analytical data transformation is a plus.
Familiarity with data ingestion and orchestration tools such as Airbyte or Airflow is desirable.
Knowledge of automated testing practices and CI/CD for data pipelines is an advantage.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand context and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Own data products end-to-end, covering ingestion, modeling, transformation, validation, and delivery.
Implement rigorous data validation, automated testing, and quality controls.
Design development transformation layers to produce datasets for dashboards and AI applications.
Collaborate with AI teams to define structured datasets and data dictionaries.
Build and maintain ingestion pipelines using SQL and Python.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and document architecture decisions.
