Job Details

Proven senior-level experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, transformation, and validation.
Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design.
Hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.
Ability to validate technical results from a business perspective.
Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership and ability to challenge requirements.
Experience specifying and preparing data for AI or machine learning applications.
Advanced/fluent English (reading, writing, and conversation) for international stakeholders.
Track record of delivering high-impact projects with quality and speed.
Experience with dbt (nice to have).
Familiarity with data ingestion tools like Airbyte or Airflow (nice to have).
Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing for data pipelines (nice to have).

Engage with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Manage the end-to-end data product lifecycle from ingestion through modeling, transformation, and validation.
Implement automated testing and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Design and implement transformation layers and pre-aggregated datasets for AI and reporting.
Collaborate with AI teams to structure data and create data dictionaries for AI enablement.
Build and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines using SQL and Python.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative technical solutions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and document architecture decisions.
