Job Details

7–12 years of professional experience in CloudOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or 24x7 NOC operations.
Strong hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure services.
Extensive experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes, and Docker.
Proven experience in incident management, including P1/P2 coordination and root-cause analysis.
Strong experience with observability platforms such as Datadog and Azure Monitor.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, and Helm.
Strong scripting capabilities using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Experience using ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Lead 24x7 NOC and site reliability operations through rotational shifts, ensuring system availability and SLA adherence.
Act as Major Incident Manager for P1 and P2 incidents, coordinating triage, war rooms, and stakeholder communication.
Manage and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
Administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes, and Docker environments including scaling and performance optimization.
Establish observability practices using Datadog and Azure Monitor, including logs, metrics, and traces.
Build automation and self-healing workflows using Terraform, ARM templates, Helm, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
Develop operational dashboards via Power BI and ServiceNow and lead monthly business reviews for leadership.
