Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in product/UX design
- Strong portfolio of mobile-first work with end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-step journeys
- Experience building and working on consumer apps focused on daily and weekly active usage
- Track record designing for engagement and retention (e.g., habit formation, behavior change, wellness)
- Experience using AI as a core part of design practice, including designing AI-powered product experiences
- Systems thinking skills to create clean, simple experiences
- Strong visual and interaction craft with hands-on prototyping ability
- Fluency with building user-centric products
- Experience leading user research or usability testing
Responsibilities
- Own mobile design end to end from concept through high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android.
- Design the information architecture and navigation to unify member experiences.
- Drive adoption and retention through experiences that encourage daily, weekly, and monthly usage.
- Simplify complex, dynamic information for members.
- Partner with the Content Designer to ensure cohesive visual and written communication.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to ground design decisions.
- Expand and maintain the design system with a focus on accessibility and scalability.
