Requirements
- 6+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, specifically IAM, ECS or Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPC.
- Full-stack development capabilities including backend services, APIs, CI/CD, and containerized deployments.
- Ability to build MCP servers or API integrations from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent development.
- Proven experience owning production systems that others rely on.
- Strong self-direction to navigate underspecified tasks and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Drive business-side Bedrock runtime and gateway configuration including model access, cost attribution, and content-filtering.
- Build and run the MCP server fleet, including shipping, securing, and patching self-hosted and managed servers.
- Author MDM config payloads and Okta-group-to-IAM mappings for IT enforcement.
- Develop AI and agent-triggered automations for approvals and workflows.
- Establish technical direction and standards for the agent-hosting substrate.
- Define reliability, usage, and cost telemetry standards and a tiered-autonomy model for agents.
- Build governance frameworks for data sensitivity, least privilege, and auditability.
