Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java programming.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Java 17+.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Backend Team Leader.
- Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational databases and Hibernate.
- Proficiency with GitLab and Maven.
- Ability to create unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito).
- Strong knowledge of design patterns.
- Knowledge of integration platforms and channels used by energy operators (Unicorn/ECP/EDX).
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Independence, responsibility, and punctuality in task execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and realize technical tasks for the development team.
- Analyze, verify, and plan the development of project technologies.
- Implement new technologies within project teams, including training and mentoring.
- Develop the backend system architecture.
- Design and implement new functionalities.
- Develop unit and integration tests.
- Support the team with best programming practices and technical decision-making.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
