- Experience in technical coordination and architectural decision-making
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Fluency in Polish (C1 level)
- Fluency in English (B2 level)
- Must be based in Poland
Responsibilities
- Lead small development teams in a long-term project
- Actively contribute to development through hands-on coding activities
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Manage technical coordination and architectural decision-making
