Requirements
- Experience in a team leader role.
- Several years of experience as a Senior Java Developer.
- Experience managing a software development team.
- Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and developing distributed systems and web applications.
- Practical knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud solutions (AWS).
- Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to make technical decisions and lead architectural discussions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- C1 proficiency in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java developers, providing 1:1 meetings, feedback, and career development support.
- Participate in recruitment and building a strong engineering team.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Actively participate in system design, architecture, and code quality maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other technology teams.
- Plan work and execute the product roadmap.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improve software delivery processes.
