Requirements
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or similar.
- Very good knowledge of .NET and Python.
- Advanced knowledge of AI, with practical experience in creating or implementing AI solutions.
- Experience with Data, AI Automation, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or LLMs.
- Ability to design scalable and flexible technology solutions.
- Experience working with business and technical clients.
- Very good English communication skills (min. B2+/C1).
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and professional support.
- Self-reliance, proactivity, and readiness to work in an early-stage project.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
- Experience in Tax Technology or financial reporting domains preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions based on AI, Data, and business process automation.
- Define the technical architecture for the new project.
- Select appropriate technologies and frameworks for project requirements.
- Participate in creating product development strategy.
- Provide technical leadership for the development team.
- Support team building, recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with US clients and participate in project meetings.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve tax, reporting, and operational processes.
- Ensure code quality, engineering standards, and best team practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
