Requirements
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Confidence in navigating a CMS and a good understanding of content management
- Experience in user support, technical support or ticket-based environments
- Ability to analyse problems and communicate solutions clearly
- Independence and good organisational skills
- English proficiency sufficient for daily international cooperation
- Very good English and Polish
Responsibilities
- Handle user requests related to the portal, CMS and CAD software
- Analysing reported issues and helping users resolve them
- Navigating the CMS confidently and updating existing content
- Cooperating with the team to investigate and escalate more complex issues
- Using existing materials and instructions when providing support
