Job Details

7-10+ years of progressive experience in wholesale distribution, DC operations, supply chain management, or B2B fulfillment.
Proven track record leading large-scale wholesale DC operations and managing 3PL partners.
Strong working knowledge of WMS/OMS systems, order management, and inventory controls.
Experience coordinating multi-node inventory flows across complex wholesale and B2B networks.
Experience with wholesale freight execution, LTL/FTL management, and carrier negotiations.
Advanced proficiency with Excel/Sheets; strong comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience in high-growth wholesale, DTC with wholesale channel, or B2B fulfillment.
Strong leadership, delegation, and team development skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
Strategic operator mindset with a detail-obsessed approach to accuracy and process improvement.

Own strategic and day-to-day operations of the Wholesale DC, holding the 3PL accountable to inbound, outbound, UPH, accuracy, and cost standards.
Manage 3PL partner relationships, conduct business reviews, and lead operational cadences to address performance gaps.
Coordinate inbound vendor shipments and manage wholesale order fulfillment, scheduling, and freight execution.
Partner with Supply Planning and Wholesale Sales on demand forecasting, allocation strategy, and inventory positioning.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and root cause resolution for variances.
Serve as the HQ operational lead for wholesale partners to provide transparent communication on orders and issue resolution.
Lead and develop a team of DC supervisors/coordinators to drive operational performance.
