Requirements
- Solid experience as a data analyst or BI analyst.
- Strong hands-on SQL proficiency for querying, validating, and reconciling data.
- Hands-on experience building or validating reports and dashboards in Power BI or comparable enterprise BI tools.
- Experience with a data-quality or reconciliation framework or methodology.
- Comfortable working with financial/accounting data and closed-period reconciliation constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written documentation skills.
- Fluent English (B2) proficiency to coordinate directly with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and run data quality checks and reconciliation logic against the curated data layer.
- Validate migrated and re-pointed reports and dashboards for parity against their prior legacy-source output.
- Profile and investigate data quality issues and reconciliation variances with Data Engineering.
- Build and maintain data quality dashboards/reports in Power BI.
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality thresholds.
- Produce the acceptance evidence, including reconciliation results and parallel-run comparisons.
- Document data quality rules and known issues for client post-handoff maintenance.
