Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spine and/or orthopedics.
- High school education required; college degree preferred.
- Strong business and functional acumen.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently set and meet aggressive goals.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Specific knowledge of orthopedic medical devices and OR protocols; spine experience highly preferred.
- Must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals.
- Willingness to comply with all company commercial policies, training, and certification requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Increase market share within targeted areas, cities, hospitals, and physician groups.
- Collaborate with sales management to establish territory selling tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and key hospital contacts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including coordinating product shipping and delivery.
- Maintain accurate account records and submit required activity reports.
- Participate in company sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
