Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proven expertise in multi-entity group consolidations.
- Recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Strong practical knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to manage large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Resilience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in software/AI automation.
- Big 4 or top-tier audit background preferred.
- Experience leading or configuring ERP and consolidation system implementations preferred.
- Experience managing distributed financial operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly consolidation processes including elimination entries, foreign exchange translation, and CTA calculations.
- Administer and configure the group consolidation tool.
- Calculate intercompany charges and maintain the intercompany transaction register.
- Prepare lender reporting packages, compliance covenant schedules, and US GAAP financial statements.
- Review trial balance submissions for international entities to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate audit request deliverables and manage internal control evidence.
- Oversee share-based compensation schedules and valuation tracking.
- Provide support for cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and statutory reporting cycles.
