- Proven record of leading 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Strong process thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex systems and remove waste.
- Experience with AI or automation-enhanced service environments such as bots, agent assist, or self-service.
- Skilled in leading discovery sessions and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to connect customer outcomes with operational results.
- Ability to build scalable systems that represent significant paradigm shifts.
- Preferred: Experience in customer experience strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and lead 0-to-1 initiatives to fundamentally reinvent existing processes.
- Design and execute future-state workflows combining policy, process, and automation.
- Own end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance service speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Partner with QA, Analytics, and frontline teams to validate improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Applications to align designs with business goals.
- Track performance metrics to assess impact and build playbooks for team innovation.
