- Strong debugging skills and experience with performance analysis tools like flame graphs and query profiles.
- Commitment to high-quality UX, application speed, and software polish.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 1-4 week project cycles.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical stories and development choices.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end from design to implementation and testing.
- Manage production rollout of features.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on complex, non-textbook solutions.
- Improve application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks via profiling.
- Contribute to the development of autonomous coding agents and model orchestration UI.
