Requirements
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (must-have).
- 5+ years of experience in SDLC.
- 3+ years of experience in architecting and designing Pega solutions.
- Proficiency in BPMN (mandatory).
- Proficiency in UML (mandatory).
- Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
- Strong process-oriented thinking.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in an international work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured workshops to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into Pega-specific solution designs including case lifecycle models, data models, and UI.
- Design and implement end-to-end case management workflows, business rules, and decision logic.
- Architect integration patterns with external systems including data mapping, error handling, and robust retry logic.
- Define and govern overall Pega application architecture, including layering strategy and reuse patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design and deployment guides.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration.
