Requirements
- Proven experience as an architect with a focus on remaining hands-on.
- Experience implementing LLM-based systems in production environments (retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, human review).
- Familiarity with agent runtimes and tool protocols at the implementation level.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC and CI/CD and the impact of agent automation on these workflows.
- Fluent in English with the ability to conduct technical sessions for experienced engineers.
- Ability to work effectively while project scope is still being defined.
- Strong engineering background with an interest in industrial or R&D applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver agentic engineering workflows across the client's SDLC, integrated into existing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design the retrieval and memory layer over engineering artifacts to ensure traceability to source documents and revisions.
- Define validation methods for AI-generated output, including fixed baselines, production-system comparison, and test-solving detection.
- Write classification and access rules, enforced outside the agent, incorporating human decision points.
- Participate in technical assessment workshops, pilot selection, and reporting measures.
