Requirements
- Deep experience writing clean, production-ready Python code.
- Experience building agentic workflows using the LangChain family (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) or similar frameworks.
- Fluent in Cursor (or equivalent AI-first IDEs) to prompt, debug, and write code alongside AI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2) for technical communication and training.
- Experience with low-code automation tools like n8n.
- Foundational knowledge in NLP, including text classification and entity recognition.
- Understanding of Computer Vision tasks such as image classification and object detection.
- Knowledge of building recommendation and matchmaking engines.
- Experience leading discovery workshops with clients or internal business units.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines using Python and the LangChain ecosystem.
- Maximize delivery speed by using advanced AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to build, test, and iterate code.
- Connect custom AI solutions with enterprise environments, specifically leveraging and extending the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users to ensure smooth adoption of new AI tools and automations.
- Work closely with product or business leaders to translate ideas into technical architecture and justify technical decisions.
