Responsibilities
- Provide daily production support, including live incident resolution and post-incident problem management.
- Deliver technical expertise to identify root causes of system issues.
- Implement locally developed solutions using Bash and SQL.
- Support testing activities related to new deployments.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the globe.
- Review and redesign processes using new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Participate in weekend release changes, application code deployments, patches, and component updates.
- Contribute to data validation, development, and testing actions.
