Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive background in strategic planning and developing organizational plans.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions.
  • Familiarity with operational plans and policies, business planning, and management.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams with high initiative and self-motivation.
  • Commitment of a minimum of 7 hours per week for 6 months.
  • Basic home office equipment and reliable internet connection.
  • Moderate computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design M&E tools to capture impact at micro and macro levels, including M&E plans, tracking tools, and results-based matrices.
  • Prepare reporting templates for external stakeholders.
  • Create governance tools to ensure sustainability and strategic direction.
  • Conduct a needs assessment on the current status of the partner organization.
  • Develop and implement a governance strengthening plan under the guidance of the Executive Director.
  • Deliver training sessions related to organizational development and M&E.
