Requirements
- Significant professional experience building and owning software products end to end, including frontend development.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience with Go or ability to become productive in Go quickly.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and reliable production service operations.
- Strong data-modeling skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and analytical databases (ClickHouse).
- Experience building or operating agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or sandboxed runtimes.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to make decisions based on business and customer needs.
- Fluency with AI and agentic coding tools with sound judgment on human oversight.
- Clear written and verbal communication with a proactive documentation habit.
- Familiarity with observability tooling or OpenTelemetry ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience building analytical or evaluation platforms is advantageous.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the agentic development platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.
- Design and harden systems for safely running untrusted code in production.
- Develop ingest pipelines, evaluation runtimes, and core platform data models.
- Partner with AI engineers to ensure agentic workflows are performant and predictable.
- Shape developer experiences and guardrails for shipping AI-generated code.
- Own end-to-end product initiatives including ideation, backend, and frontend implementation.
- Engage with customers to translate engineering team needs into product priorities.
- Maintain observability and ensure platform reliability.
