Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or technical solution delivery.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience supporting technical products such as enterprise platforms, configuration tools, data solutions, or integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile principles.
- Proven ability to write clear, testable user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Experience prioritizing work in complex and highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally is preferred.
- Product Owner or Product Manager certification is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate a clear product vision aligned with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and intake through implementation, optimization, and retirement.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, regulatory needs, risk, and technical sustainability.
- Create, refine, and maintain a prioritized product backlog including epics, features, and user stories.
- Lead backlog refinement and participate in Agile ceremonies including planning and retrospectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, data, and QA to ensure solution feasibility.
- Ensure product delivery and documentation remain audit-ready and compliant with regulatory standards.
