Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Hands-on AWS experience, particularly with Lambda and event-driven services.
- Experience managing Linux-based application environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, deployment automation, and production support.
- Experience with SaltStack or a similar configuration-management tool.
- Knowledge of MySQL or RDS, REST APIs, queues, and application security.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants, LLMs, or AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Build APIs, background workers, integrations, and AWS Lambda functions.
- Manage AWS services, Linux environments, application servers, and deployments.
- Maintain infrastructure automation using SaltStack, Packer, Docker, and Serverless Framework.
- Build and improve Jenkins-based CI/CD and release pipelines.
- Improve system reliability through monitoring, canary deployments, rollback, and recovery practices.
- Use AI tools for code analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation under engineering approval.
