Requirements

- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills: masking, frequency separation, camera raw, and automation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom for batch processing and color grading.
- Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or Photoshop Generative Fill.
- Familiarity with e-commerce AI platforms such as Photoroom, Flair AI, or CreatorKit.
- Strong technical eye for lighting, shadows, and perspective alignment.
- Understanding of direct-response design principles for sales graphics.
- Ability to maintain high quality and accuracy in high-volume batch processing.
- Portfolio showcasing 'Before vs. After' edits, offer imagery, and AI-assisted compositions.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Canva or Figma for layout and icon overlays.
Responsibilities
- Clean up raw photography, perform color correction, exposure adjustment, object removal, background isolation, and surface cleanup.
- Produce promotional visuals like badges, discount callouts, and banner variations to drive conversions.
- Utilize generative AI tools to create background variations, generate lifestyle mockups, and upscale images.
- Format, crop, and export optimized assets for Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and Google Display.
- Maintain strict brand visual guidelines, color accuracy, and lighting consistency across large volumes of images.
