- 5+ years of experience in technical due diligence services in the wind energy sector.
- Proven experience with contract review, yield assessment, and site visits.
- Experience in working with renewable energy developers or financiers.
- Proficiency in writing bankable reports, punch lists, and site visit reports.
- Hold required training certificates for site inspections, specifically GWO Working at Heights.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong practical and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical due diligence for wind installations in Benelux, Eastern Europe, the Middle-East and Asia.
- Perform technical reviews of wind turbine components.
- Review contracts including TSA, O&M, Power Purchase Agreements, and Grid connection.
- Review land leases, building permits, and environmental impact studies.
- Review long-term energy yield assessments.
- Deliver technical due diligence studies following internal planning, budget, and quality processes.
- Liaise with project lenders, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
