- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of HRIS experience.
- Led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
- Strong leadership and team development capability.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
- Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
- Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
- Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
- Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
- Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
