Requirements
- 8+ years of industry programming experience delivering complex, scalable software products.
- Proficiency in Go, NodeJS, and/or Python.
- Deep understanding of core Auth/IAM technologies (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, IAM systems).
- Aptitude for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud technology concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a geographically distributed team environment.
- Experience with asynchronous communication, written documentation (GitOps), and Definition of Done (DoD) practices.
- Strong technical leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to facilitate decision-making across multiple time zones.
- Willingness to learn VueJS for full-stack integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and exceptionally well-documented Go, NodeJS, or Python services.
- Design and develop automated test cases for both new features and legacy services to reduce regression risk.
- Champion the use of CI/CD gates to enforce quality standards automatically.
- Partner with Product Management and UX to refine requirements and assess technical feasibility.
- Define alerts and runbooks for reliable, zero-downtime deployment of distributed operations.
- Improve team processes and leverage AI tools to accelerate development cycles.
