Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a single complex org.
- Proven strength in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise in complex Flow design and troubleshooting, including understanding Salesforce order of execution.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Experience managing own workload, sprint planning, and identifying risks.
- Demonstrated ability to write technical design documents and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent diagnostic skills to identify and fix configuration issues.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy sprint work, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
- Manage configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Execute full change cycles from sandbox configuration to deployment and verification.
- Resolve inbound support queue tickets and monitor system health.
- Maintain and troubleshoot third-party integrations such as CPQ and sales engagement tools.
- Produce comprehensive technical design documentation, standard operating procedures, and release notes.
