- Professional license registration.

Responsibilities
- Lead and build the AMT Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.
- Build and manage a dedicated team of AMT subject matter experts.
- Develop and implement best practices, training programs, and scaling strategies for growth of AMT Electrical Services.
- Provide senior leadership oversight and facilitation for the growing multi-discipline Phoenix office.
- Foster and enhance the Farnsworth Group culture, integrating various disciplines.
- Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
- Ensure the successful and quality execution of complex advanced manufacturing projects.
- Interface with clients and perform resource planning and project oversight.
