Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, data science, biomedical engineering, computer science, or a related scientific discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in clinical engineering, digital health, data analytics, or related technical domains.
- 5+ years of experience leading technically specialized teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical or scientific problems into scalable, data-driven, or digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of analytics, modeling, simulation, and AI/ML methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing, cloud data platforms, or enterprise analytics ecosystems.
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills, including stakeholder alignment and execution within matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel domestically up to approximately 10%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of clinical engineers, data warehouse engineers, data scientists, and analytics professionals.
- Define the strategic direction for data-driven clinical engineering and own roadmaps covering treatment planning, analytics platforms, AI/ML capabilities, and data infrastructure.
- Lead the development of scalable, cloud-native architectures that integrate multiple data sources.
- Build and deploy capabilities for data-driven clinical outcomes using real-world data, modeling, simulation, and AI/ML.
- Drive advanced treatment planning solutions by translating clinical treatment goals into scalable algorithms and AI-assisted workflows.
- Collaborate with Digital and Automation teams to operationalize clinical algorithms and AI-enabled insights into production-ready solutions.
- Define clinical, operational, and business KPIs to measure outcomes and report to senior leadership.
