Requirements

- Experience analyzing accounts receivable data, aging reports, and cash flow projections.
- Proficiency with accounting software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads under deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant financial, credit, and collection regulations.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely invoices and customer statements ensuring compliance.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting financial documentation.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and take proactive action to address overdue balances.
- Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile payment discrepancies.
- Assess customer creditworthiness and monitor credit limits and terms.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for senior management.
- Review and improve accounts receivable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate records.
