Requirements
- 14+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep professional experience with Go and its internals.
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, control groups, and resource management.
- Experience developing APIs and web/HTTP-based microservices in Go.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with monitoring technologies such as Prometheus.
- Experience with automated testing and Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, refactor, and maintain large-scale Go codebases.
- Develop high-quality patches and enhancements for existing Go codebases.
- Build comprehensive automated tests using Go standard library, Ginkgo, and Gomega.
- Troubleshoot applications through log analysis, profiling, debugging, and performance investigation.
- Design, deploy, scale, and maintain applications on Kubernetes platforms.
- Develop API services and microservices in Go using solid HTTP practices.
- Contribute to database development and performance activities using PostgreSQL.
- Use Prometheus and metrics systems to improve system visibility and reliability.
