Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong experience building and documenting REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals: Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency with modern Python (3.12+, Pydantic, async patterns, typing).
- Understanding of Big O notation and code optimization for CPU/memory efficiency.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Spark is a plus.
- Knowledge of graph databases like Neo4j (Cypher) is a plus.
- Practical experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) is a plus.
- Background in heavy industry, O&G, or IoT data (MQTT, OPC UA) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build low-latency Python services using FastAPI to serve live data to frontend and AI models.
- Debug complex concurrency issues to ensure production reliability in distributed systems.
- Adopt a fast-delivery mentality while maintaining high code quality, testing, and API design standards.
- Design scalable streaming pipelines using Kafka and Spark/Flink for real-time sensor data.
- Optimize database schemas using TimescaleDB for fast historical data retrieval.
- Deploy stateful agents using LangGraph to plan tasks and query knowledge graphs.
- Implement hybrid retrieval logic combining vector search, full-text search, and graph traversal.
- Design domain ontologies in Neo4j to define relationships between assets and data.
