Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows.
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite).
- Strong technical acumen with specific experience in APIs, SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects.
- Experience running complex enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex workflows into clear solutions.
- Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans.
- Travel up to 30%+ for onsite discovery and executive briefings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, and P2P processes.
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp capabilities and design scalable workarounds.
- Build pre-sale implementation plans including phases, timelines, and technical dependencies.
- Assess integrations including API workflows, SFTP, and security/permissions modeling.
- Partner with Sales to lead procurement-first enterprise deals and quantify ROI for stakeholders.
- Provide structured product feedback and influence the procurement roadmap.
- Document requirements and partner with Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding.
