Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration and sustained attention to detail.
- General understanding of traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
- Proven experience working with customers and delivering great customer experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace products.
- Ability to learn new processes, systems, and tools.
- Nice to have: Experience analyzing failed user sessions.
- Nice to have: General experience with repetitive tasks or data analysis.
- Nice to have: Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge with the team.
- Nice to have: Background in mapping, cartography, or related fields.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Jira.
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of SQL.
Responsibilities
- Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution, following our workflows and policies.
- Review and correct large volumes of data, meticulously documenting issues for analysis.
- Escalate issues effectively to relevant internal teams.
- Perform deep dives and root cause analysis, including augmenting and preparing collected data for the engineering team.
- Work with mapping tools with high accuracy in accordance with guidelines.
- Utilize Google Workspace products such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
