Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the QA, localization, or globalization industry.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in language, linguistics, HR, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of OS X, iOS, iWork, iCloud, iTunes, Windows, and MS Office.
- Strong people management experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines with extreme attention to detail.
- Experience providing training to individuals and groups.
- Ability to address and present to groups of 10-100 people.
- Conflict management and mediation skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing efforts and manage project schedules across multiple labs and locations.
- Act as a primary liaison between the client and onsite team to clarify briefs, policies, and resource needs.
- Oversee the onboarding, attendance, and performance of testers and reviewers.
- Provide technical and linguistic training, coaching, and guidance to onsite team members.
- Gather performance feedback from both testers and the client to identify workflow improvements.
- Report on onsite activities, team performance, and client requirements to Welocalize management, HR, and recruiting teams.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and professional conduct of employees on client premises.
