Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
- Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial services marketing preferred
- Experience with lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns preferred
- Experience with video sales letter marketing preferred
- Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels preferred
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and priorities
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
- Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows
