Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional office experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage or banking industry.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan guidelines.
- Experience with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage software.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
- Elite verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Blend or Salesforce is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Loan Originator or Senior Processor is preferred.
- National and multi-state NMLS licensing maintained within the past 12 months is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for client retention and new lead generation.
- Analyze credit reports and income/asset documentation to assist with optimal loan structuring.
- Manage loan pipelines by running DU, stacking files, and clearing underwriting conditions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and realtors for updates and support.
- Manage application intake, schedule appointments, and maintain MLO calendars.
- Track document requests and review files within 24 hours to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with MLOs and Underwriters to resolve file issues and documentation gaps.
- Maintain strict adherence to RESPA, TILA, and other regulatory guidelines.
