Job Details

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development across 2 or more capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist.
Hands-on experience optimizing Now Assist features such as case summarization and resolution recommendations.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms using mid-servers and cloud-to-cloud connections.
Expertise in Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional automated system integrations.
Proficiency with Data Extraction Technologies (JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations.
Proven track record implementing CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, and Workflows.
Advanced ServiceNow scripting skills including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
Ability to complete ongoing ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations.

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineers.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics into ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications via REST/SOAP web services.
Promote update sets and data across applicable ServiceNow environments.
Remediate production incidents related to the development scope.
