Job Details

Prior experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to think critically about root causes.
Proficiency in validating Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) targeting and URLs.
Experience auditing GoHighLevel (GHL) automations and workflows.
Strong written English skills, clear and concise communication.
Ability to work PH night shift hours to align with US-based team.
Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
Experience with Zapier workflows and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization is preferred.
Background in high-volume agency or tech-enabled marketing environments is a plus.
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for prompt QA is a plus.

Execute hundreds of audits per day with precision across marketing assets and workflows.
Validate Meta Ads copy, imagery, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters.
Audit GoHighLevel (GHL) automation logic, triggers, and email/SMS delivery settings.
Review AI-generated content for clarity, tone, compliance, and brand alignment.
Follow detailed SOPs and checklists precisely while suggesting improvements.
Document and report issues using annotated screenshots and structured QA reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Copywriters, Designers, and Developers via Slack and Asana.
