Requirements
- PhD in a technical field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related STEM) or equivalent deep technical expertise in AI.
- Hands-on AI/ML industry or applied research experience.
- Proven experience designing technical curricula for fellowships, bootcamps, or academic environments.
- Teaching experience in university, bootcamp, or corporate settings.
- Experience interviewing and evaluating technical instructors.
- Strong content development skills (slides, technical exercises, and projects).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with fast iteration and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own the fellowship syllabus, including learning objectives and curriculum sequencing.
- Oversee the design of learning content, such as slides, exercises, and projects.
- Set and maintain quality standards for all program materials and learner experiences.
- Source, interview, and calibrate instructors to ensure consistent delivery.
- Act as an internal reference for AI educational quality.
- Partner with operations to ensure logistics support the learning experience.
