Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead working with the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Practical experience with Prompt Engineering and integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) into applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation pipelines.
- Inspirational leadership skills to motivate and develop technical potential within the team.
- Clear communication ability to translate technical terms for leadership and business areas.
- Agile mindset with a focus on incremental delivery and complex problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software engineering team, plan sprints, translate business requirements into technical tasks, and ensure delivery quality.
- Guide the team in implementing best practices such as code reviews and pair programming, and mentor engineers.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools (Copilots, LLMs) to automate tasks, accelerate testing, and optimize the development cycle.
- Design system architectures that integrate LLM services via APIs into the Java ecosystem.
- Ensure Java microservices solutions are performant, secure, and well-integrated.
