Job Details

5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, conceptual thinking, and versatility.
Deep experience in brand, marketing, campaign, or product marketing design.
Advanced expertise in typography, composition, color, imagery, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience across motion, web, digital, and print.
Exceptional systems thinking and the ability to translate creative concepts across multiple channels and formats.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex and ambiguous design problems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions.
Experience with AI, emerging technologies, and new approaches to creative work.

Concept and execute high-impact creative across campaigns, web, email, social, presentations, product launches, and print.
Translate creative direction, brand strategy, and business objectives into sophisticated visual concepts and systems.
Develop product-driven creative across digital and physical formats, including merchandise and printed materials.
Create motion and animation for campaigns, launches, social, and product storytelling.
Design engaging web experiences that support storytelling, product education, and conversion.
Own complex, multidisciplinary projects from brief through final execution with a high degree of independence.
Navigate complex stakeholder feedback and advocate thoughtfully for the strongest design solution.
