Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Developer Advocacy, Developer Relations, Technical Evangelism, or a comparable outward-facing technical role.
- Strong hands on experience in cloud and cloud native development (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, GCP etc).
- Experience building meaningful external partnerships through channels such as joint events, co-published content, and webinars.
- Experience serving as a link between product, engineering, and GTM organizations to deliver market insights.
- Familiarity with agentic SDLC workflows and the role of local sandboxes for AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Be LocalStack's visible face in the developer community.
- Maintain a consistent, high-cadence speaking presence at the meetups, conferences, and community events that matter in San Francisco and broader global developer community.
- Plan, host, and run LocalStack gatherings such as meetups, workshops, hackathons, and developer dinners.
- Build ecosystem partnerships through co-created content and webinars with community leaders and dev-tool companies.
- Publish technical content on a regular cadence including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and sample projects.
- Contribute to the documentation and build partner demos or reference integrations to show real developer value.
