Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or senior customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with CTO, CPO, and VP-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to scope and drive complex enterprise integrations or migrations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate with both engineering and business leadership.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with mobile development concepts and mobile platform ecosystems (iOS/Android).
- Familiarity with enterprise software architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Based in the Northeast corridor of the US.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level discovery sessions with CTOs, CPOs, and VPs of Engineering.
- Own the technical narrative throughout the pre-sales cycle, including live demos and solution presentations.
- Lead complex technical scoping for enterprise integrations and migrations.
- Design integration architectures and onboarding workflows tailored to customer constraints.
- Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires regarding platform capabilities.
- Surface pre-sales insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales leadership on strategic accounts as a technical peer.
