Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience with 0-to-1 go-to-market motions at early-stage companies or for new products.
- Working familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and Python.
- Ability to read code and make light edits to demonstrate platform value.
- Proven experience in Enterprise IT solutions and implementations.
- Experience managing multi-party integration partnerships and navigating channel partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or Paper.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across business, engineering, and data science teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create structure from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Engage with large financial institutions and technology partners to define technical and product integration strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives during pre-sales to shape and advance new deals in emerging markets.
- Work with Deployment Leads to ensure successful post-sales strategic implementation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop sales collateral and inform product roadmaps.
- Identify and reconcile competing needs across partner platforms, lenders, dealers, and consumers to deliver solutions.
- Scale the Solutions Architect function by contributing to foundational processes and content for 0-to-1 motions.
