Job Details

7+ years of progressive experience leading billing, collections, payment operations, or revenue operations.
Strong background in fintech, payments, or SaaS environments.
Proven experience building and leading teams, including managing other people managers.
Track record of scaling end-to-end operational processes.
Revenue accounting exposure (ASC 606) across SaaS/subscription and payment/transaction-based revenue.
Expertise in payment processing, card networks, ACH, and processors like Stripe, TSYS, or Adyen.
Proficiency with ERP, billing, and CRM systems such as Workday, Zuora, or Salesforce.
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for workflow automation.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
CPA certification is a plus.

Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and payment settlement across subscription and transaction-based revenue, including reconciliation.
Lead operational oversight of the revenue function and partner with Accounting Manager on ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Build and execute a collections strategy to reduce aged receivables and improve recovery rates.
Select, improve, and document billing and payment tools including Stripe, Workday, Salesforce, TSYS, and Zuora.
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and specialists.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Risk on billing and pricing decisions.
Maintain internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements.
Champion AI adoption to optimize team workflows, forecasting, and reconciliation.
