Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with exposure to data engineering, data products, analytics applications, or related data-focused development.
- Full-stack development experience, including API development and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, NextJS, or TypeScript.
- Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or applications on top of data platforms.
- Familiarity with application and low-code/no-code frameworks such as Retool, Streamlit, or Power Apps.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, to transform datasets into executive-friendly visualizations.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their practical, product-oriented applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for client-facing consulting.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and contribute to product thinking and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop executive-ready applications on modern data platforms, translating stakeholder requirements and business needs into functional, intuitive, and scalable products.
- Build full-stack application capabilities, including APIs, front-end experiences, integrations, and supporting development workflows that enable reliable delivery.
- Develop BI-style dashboards, visualizations, and reporting components that transform raw or early-stage data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Contribute product thinking to prioritized use-case backlogs, helping define requirements, evaluate opportunities, and scope future implementation phases.
- Participate actively in client workshops, discovery sessions, and weekly status reviews, communicating technical progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply AI and machine learning capabilities where appropriate, identifying opportunities to enhance application functionality and deliver additional value through applied AI.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, balancing technical considerations, user needs, timelines, and evolving project priorities.
