Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of REST API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle from planning through production.
- Experience working with SQL databases and familiarity with data pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations).
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product.
- Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems to impact sales outcomes.
- Implement AI/ML-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems for contextual intelligence.
- Develop Salesforce-based solutions including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
- Build backend services and APIs in Java and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data Science teams to deliver business opportunities.
- Own the full software lifecycle including requirements, design, development, release, and monitoring.
- Establish technical foundations for a new team and mentor future hires.
